2. User Training

Dar Kasb provides online training on the software, coordinated with the client at the beginning of the subscription.
Free video tutorials are available to explain the system.

3. Service Level

The company ensures a High Availability system with a 99% uptime monthly.
Scheduled maintenance may make the system temporarily unavailable; these periods are not included in the uptime percentage. Clients are notified in advance.
Database access credentials are provided, including the access link and user accounts.

4. System Backup

Regular backups are performed by the company, which takes full responsibility for this process.

5. Fair Use Policy

The subscriber must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding the use of "Kasb" and only use the service for legal purposes. The subscriber agrees to avoid the following:

Uploading files containing viruses or corrupted files that could disrupt the system.
Circumventing the security mechanisms of the system, websites, servers, or connected networks.
Taking actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the system.
Copying or replicating the system.
Using the system in a manner that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Dar Kasb retains all rights to the system, including documentation, modifications, improvements, and intellectual property.
Subscriber data is secured and cannot be shared or disclosed without written consent or a legal mandate.

7. Subscription and Contract Termination

Subscribers may cancel their contract with written notice 90 days before the subscription ends.
Dar Kasb reserves the right to cancel the contract in case of delayed payments.
Annual renewal requires full payment of the subscription fee.

Refunds:

If Dar Kasb cancels the contract, the remaining balance of the subscription fee will be refunded after the termination date.
If the subscriber cancels, no refunds will be issued for prepaid amounts.

Data Retrieval:

Subscribers have 90 days after contract termination to save the required data from the system.

8. Liability

Dar Kasb’s maximum liability under this agreement does not exceed the remaining subscription fees.

9. Operating Procedures

Additional Details:

The subscription is activated 3 days after payment.
The technical support team will contact the client to receive the database (free of entries).
Delays in sending the required data may result in project delivery delays.
Changes to the project plan may lead to adjusted timelines and additional costs based on the modifications.
